Shaping the future
We hate to say goodbye, but when someone resigns, we can’t help but be excited about their plans. After the resignation, there’s always a sense of the ecosystem shifting in anticipation of one person leaving and another joining. Thankfully, we’ve only had a few leavers over the company’s seven-year history, and we can say that we’re a better company because of each and every one of them.
Of course, we hope never to wait long before we find the right person for a role, but finding the right person is important. We’ve waited for years to find our production manager (Mark), and we’ve waited 18 months for lovely Charlie, who will join us this month.
As we celebrate the arrival of one new team member in August, we’re saying goodbye to two – a couple. As a result, we’re advertising three roles – one is for an experienced furniture maker one for a studio assistant and the other is a brand new senior role – studio manager. There is some flexibility in the scope of the studio manager role, and we’re keen to shape the role alongside the right candidate.
