A celebration of surfaces and those who create them.

With Matthew's background as an antique dealer, it's no surprise that surface texture and patina are given as much care and attention as the construction of our designs.

Furniture finishing is such a rare skill that we've had to develop our own techniques and methods in-house, and from the feedback we receive from our samples and finished pieces, our hard work is not in vain. It's not just about hard work, our finishers are extraordinary artists, with unerring patience and an eye for detail and quality. Though trying to convey that quality is an ongoing challenge for our photographers! (Which they also excel at)
