Celebrating with Walpole
On Thursday evening we were lucky enough to be among an excited throng at the dramatic Ennismore Sessions House for the announcement of Walpole’s Brands of Tomorrow 2020. And after weeks of keeping it under wraps, we can reveal that Matthew Cox was chosen to be one of the twelve brands.
We are big admirers of the work that Helen Brocklebank and her team at Walpole are doing to support businesses from all over the British Isles and we’re thrilled to begin the year-long programme of mentorship and support, which will open doors to new clients and collaborators all over the world.
Walpole’s flagship 12-month-long programme pairs fledgling British brands with mentors drawn from Walpole’s coveted little black book, including programme partners Mishcon de Reya and Moneycorp.
Walpole launched its Brands of Tomorrow programme in 2007 with the vision to secure the long-term growth of the UK’s luxury sector by building a pipeline of next-generation brands. Now, more than 120 brands have completed the development programme and many that have participated have not just grown, but also found international success – Orlebar Brown, Bremont, Nyetimber, Emilia Wickstead, Miller Harris, Astley Clarke, amongst others.
We can't wait for the hard work and fun to begin!
