A very rare survivor from Victorian Britain, this large 19th Sugg lantern would have been one of thousands lighting the high streets of our towns and cities. So few survive and this one of the best examples I have seen in 25 years of dealing. England c1870. Rewired, pat tested and ready to hang with two metres of patinated brass chain.
